1. Inspection of Delivery

After unpacking the popcorn equipment, check thoroughly for any damage carefully which may have occurred during the delivery. Claims should be filed immediately with the forwarders. The warranty doesn't cover damage that occurs in delivery, or damage caused by abuse, or consequential damage due to the operation of the equipment, since it’s beyond our control.

2. Read the Manual Carefully

Read and understand the instruction manuals of all popcorn equipment, make sure you understand all the operating and safety instructions before operating the equipment. You will find some important information in the manual including the safety precautions, parts list, wire diagram.
